Your address can be updated by one of the below options:
- sending a letter to Link Group confirming your name, old address, new address and the company in which the shares are held;

The original change of name deed or marriage certificate must be provided to Link Asset Services. A certified copy of the document is acceptable subject to it meeting Link Asset Services’ requirements. If you hold a share certificate for your shares, you can transfer them to another person, or add joint holders, by completing a stock transfer form. You can download the form here or you can contact Link Asset Services using the details above and they will send you a copy in the post.

Share certificates are important documents providing proof of your shareholding. They are needed to sell/transfer some or all of your shares. These should be kept in a safe place.
If you’ve lost your share certificate please call Link Asset Services or send them a signed letter (contact details are above). If your certificate has been stolen, please provide the crime reference number issued by the police.
Link Asset Services will send you an indemnity form through the post for you to complete and return to them. Depending on the value of the shares, you may need to pay a fee.
The representative of the deceased shareholder will need to send a covering letter to Link Asset Services confirming the details of the shareholding along with the death certificate.

The Company currently has no intention to pay a cash dividend to shareholders as the Directors intend to invest cash reserves and cash generated into business growth. It is the Directors’ intention, should the Company generate a sustained level of distributable profits, to consider a progressive dividend policy in future years.
In the event that a tax voucher(s) is lost or stolen, you can obtain replacements by contacting Link Asset Services.
